SHIPPING
We dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1-2 business days during sales periods. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or on the part of the shipping company.

THE NETHERLANDS: 3-4 business days €7,95
REST OF EU: 4-7 business days €12,95
REST OF THE WORLD: 6-12 business days €19,95
All orders are shipped with DHL and may require a signature upon delivery.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
For all orders shipping outside of the EU, import and duty taxes may apply. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office. We do not refund or reimburse any custom duties above your order.

INSURANCE
TIJME insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by TIJME.
